Position Title: Senior Customs Declaration Specialist

Work Location: New Nozha , Cairo, Egypt

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in customs declaration, with in-depth knowledge of Egyptian and international customs procedures, regulations and trade policies.

• Solid professional expertise in customs clearance; capable of independently preparing, reviewing and submitting full sets of declaration documents.

• Familiar with supervision requirements for various import and export goods, and able to effectively resolve abnormal issues during clearance.

• Proficient in English or Arabic; skilled in operating customs declaration systems.

• Valid customs declaration qualification certificate is preferred.

• Meticulous, responsible and strong team player.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customs declaration, inspection and related procedures for the company’s import and export goods.

• Track clearance progress and coordinate to solve all kinds of problems in a timely manner.

• Organize and archive customs-related documents to ensure complete records and accurate data.

• Monitor updates on customs policies and regulations, and provide timely feedback and recommendations to the company.

• Maintain good communication and cooperation with customs authorities, freight forwarders, warehouses and other relevant departments.
